About the Author

Jennifer Murray, 68, is US born and UK educated. She entered The Guinness Book of World Records in 1997 as the first woman to circumnavigate the globe in a helicopter, raising over $100,000 for Save the Children in the process. In 200 she did it again, this time solo. Her single piston engine r44 helicopter, G-MURY, now resides in the new Smithsonian Mational Air & Space Museum.
