Children will love following along and lifting the flaps to see the child play, sit on thepotty, eat, sit on the potty, sleep, and then sit on the potty...until "finally" there is success.
Written from a child's point of view, this new potty-training book will help children join in the final refrain, "I'm so proud of me!"

I purchased this book for my then 20 month old daughter. She was impressed by the pictures at the time but didn't take much notice about the story line. She is now 2 1/2 years and it has now become her farorite book that gets read each night. The story is great although I do not read it word for word. I change some of the terms used eg I say nappy instead of diaper and wee instead of pee. I don't know if it hepled at all with the toilet training at the time but it has now instilled in her what the toilet is for. I think that toilet training is somthing that each child learns differently and due to the age that we started a story approach may have been to advanced for her at 20 months. If you are looking to use it for an older child I think that would be great and recomend it for either a boy or girl as it is gerneric.
Awesome book!! My daughter loves it!
its kept simple and uses big bright pictures to keep her interested.
The pages flip open and she was very excited to read it.
Its helping so much to talk to her about potty training and look back to the story and the each stage that baby went through.
