Another excellent book from the Australian Women's Weekly series. The recipes look easy to follow and have beautiful luscious photos of the finished products (one of my favourite things in a good cookbook!)The ingredients are listed by weight in metric measurements so you will need a good set of scales. There is a section on what equipment you will need to start preserving and on correct sterilization techniques. As well as the usual jams, conserves, pickles, relishes and chutneys there are also recipes for cordials, liqueurs and fruit buters. Yummy!!
