Psycho-cybernetics is an excellent primer on visualization techniques for using our secret hidden power - The Unconscious Mind. This book proposes that we all have an in-built 'Success Mechanism' that allows us to become the best version of ourselves. Psycho-cybernetics teaches us how to release this success mechanism with creative visualization techniques in simplified form.
Overall, the original Psycho-cybernetics book that was published in the 1960's communicated these techniques more clearly than this new version, which modifies and mixes the original ideas with unnecessary modifications and addendums. If you are considering reading this book, obtain the original edition if possible. If you can only locate the new version, then you will still get some great benefits from it.
