This is a well written book and the underlying case is intriguing, but I found the concept of a virus which can jump from computers to humans to be a bit difficult to swallow, and it was this story which made me question just how much Nora Roberts know about computers. Of course, there is always the argument that the J D Robb stories are set in the future, and one never quite knows what might be invented then - but still....
