Everything about this book is wonderful- the photos, the design and the mouth-watering recipes! it is also written by one of Austrlia's best chefs- whats not to love? Probably not the easiest recipes for some people to cook, but for an experienced cook,or chef, theyre amazing. Definitely worth buying.
