An excellent book to use for Creative Writing. I've found it extremely helpful when trying to conjure up a plot, develop a narrative and then exploring ideas on how to make my writing more interesting.
The techniques used in these books are quite unique, in that i haven't seen them used in other how-to-write books before. I would recommend this book for beginners and advanced writers alike.
