*points up* Wow, homophobic much?
As Clueless McAllcaps above discovered, much to his obvious chagrin, this is an LGBT romance, but it's a good fantasy read as well. I picked it up because I enjoyed Lynn Flewelling's Nightrunner books - I thought that this might be similar. I think, after reading the trilogy, a better analogy would be Raymond E Feist's Riftwar books - the world building is similarly careful and thorough, and I really enjoyed the way the author developed the various cultures that make up the world. The romance between Scarlet and the White Wolf develops slowly, so if you're looking for actual gay porn, maybe you'd be better checking out Torquere Press or Dreamspinner or one of the LGBT ebook companies.
