Another awesome book by Tracy Hogg filled with balanced advice about bringing up a well-adjusted child. Unfortunately it couldn't help with my specific issue, but it listed loads of other resources I could turn to. Highly recommended... if you have read her first book, this one is a natural progression (although my son seems to exhibit three of her five personality types!).

I found this book brilliant, easy to read and very common sense. Tracy Hogg helps to get your mind in the right space in order to tackle sleep, eating and behaviour issues. She advocates building trust with your child and nurturing their abilities but also maintaining your own sanity!

Great book, would recommend this for anyone with a toddler.

Another great book with some good practical advice on toddlers. It covers discipline, emotional needs, eating, sleeping, routines. It has a quiz inside to figure out the personality type of your child and then she gives practical advice on how to deal with your child and how to RESPECT your child for who they are. Has advice on how to deal with sleep problems that doesn't involve leaving your child to cry it out on their own and risk breaking trust.
