This book is divided into three main sections. The first being about dissecting the art of macarons to the finer details. There is a lot of valuable information in this book as to what the key techniques, ingredients, and qualities are for making quality macarons. The second are the basic recipes, and the third are the more interesting recipes.
The recipes are relatively easy to follow, though getting the technique right is a huge factor in getting the right puff and shine in a macaron. Lovely photos, easy to read, good instructional to have on hand.
