This book was fantastic. I completely agree with the comment below, unlike other marriage advice books it wasnt filled with useful informations. It was filled with useful advice from cover to cover and i would highly recommend no matter what the state of your marriage is.
This book was recommended to me by a psychologist who told me it was the best book about relationships she'd ever read, and I have to agree. Unlike others, the advice in here is based on years of empirical research. While reading the stories of other couples, I often found myself thinking "that's what I do" or "my husband says that". The advice makes sense at a gut level, and the exercises are realistic and useful, rather than some other authors who ask you do say or do things that feel unnatural and almost prissy. Highly recommended if you want to repair a damaged marriage or just make a good one better.
