This book is a must for twilight collectors/readers! If you loved the twilight saga and couldn't get enough, this book will clench your thirst for more. Bree Tanner is a girl who never wanted to do bad, and only did so to survive. Even this novella has a small, tragic love story. Bree was part of Victoria's army. She had no choice...she had to do what she was told otherwise she would die, either from not drinking the bloof of a human or from the outbreaks of slaughter in the army. This shows how good Victoria's army actually is, they thought they were doing the right thing...

This book was really good. It was exciting and interesting at every twist and turn of the plot. The book follows the new-born vampire that you may remember from the Twilight novel Eclipse, who was traumatised after the fight against Victoria. I would reccomend it to all Twilight fans.

This book is awesome it gives you a different side to vampires.it isnt like the cullens food diet it is completely different. The book isn’t really a sequel to the Twilight saga, it sounds like it’s more of a spin-off. And Stephenie says that it’s not really even a book – it’s a novella, or rather “her version of a short story.” Stephenie started writing the book while she was rereading and editing Eclipse and Twilight hadn’t even been released yet. Stephenie once said, after Breaking Dawn was published, that she didn’t plan on adding any more books to the sequel because she felt that she “needed to be alone with the story and the characters.” And what better way to do that than by writing about Br

"The short second life of Bree Tanner" is a must have addition to your twilight saga collection. Although short, being a novella, it is a nice little supplement to "Eclipse" and will have fans of the saga enthralled from start to finish. Not much is revealed about Bree's past life but the book gives a valuable insight into the life of the newborn vampires and their preparations for war against Bella and the Cullens, and you may find yourself quite attached to some of the new characters introduced.
