Sins of the Soul continues from where the previous book (Sins of the Heart) left off.This book has the same dark blend of horror and romance as the previous book.
The romance aspect is a little slow to start because at first Alastor is such a jerk.The story still has a continuing plot involving the evil Setnakhts and their involvement in Lokans death.
Overall an enjoyable if sometimes gross paranormal read.
