About the Author

One of the best-known female chefs in the UK, Monica Galetti was born in Samoa and raised in New Zealand. After 15 years’ working for Michel Roux Jr. at Le Gavroche, she left in 2015 to open her own London restaurant, Mere. Monica is a familiar face on television as the co-presenter and judge on BBC2’s popular MasterChef: The Professionals.
