Gregg Braden's book is an outstanding exploration of the power of belief in modern life.
I read this book over a one week period because I couldn't put it down.
Gregg uses plain english to explain his concepts and ideas about how the mind formulates beliefs and how we as individuals can challenge and change them.
He provides some useful tools for uncovering sub-conscious beliefs and gives the reader further tools to change self-limiting beliefs.
If you have an interest in quantum physics, this is an interesting adjunct to that type of material.
