About the Author

Joan Mueller, O.S.C., is a professor of systematic theology and Christian spirituality at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She is the author of Called to Holiness: Living a Spirituality of Action: A Woman's Perspective, as well as numerous books and articles on Clare of Assisi.
