This is a great book. I also own The Power of Now but I'm not much of a reader so I found it difficult to read as a whole, but Stillness Speaks, on the other hand, presents similar 'pearls of wisdom' as found in TPoN but in much more succint, easy to read and understand bite-sized pieces. It's the perfect book to carry around with you or keep by your bedside and pick up whenever you feel the need for a little pep-talk or spiritual encouragement. I highly recommend this book!

This is another one to have for the follower of Ekhart teachings. It is a good book to have to quick read, remind yourself about the power of now or just give yourself good affirmation. Have it close-by, you can easily pick and read a page or two and get inspired.

Take a step back out of the noise and chaos of everyday life to become the silent observer of your own life and you shall know what Eckhart Tolle attempts to convey in this book "Stillness Speaks". This book helps one realise that life does not need to be so complex, but is instead is a beautiful life journey that is forever in the present moment.

Eckhart Tolle truly is a Master. He helped me transcend the mind and mind created drama's. Through reading and incorporating The Power of Now and A new Earth into life itslef, I found out who I really am beyond name and form.

Eckhart Tolle wants you to stop thinking. He wants you to believe that you're "limited by your thinking mind." See, if you carry on thinking, you'll eventually realise that Eckhart Tolle is an exploitative cack-merchant getting rich on your idiocy. And we can't have that.
Yet another in the endless parade of books claiming to reveal the truth about the nature of existence through the impartation of mystical wisdom. In reality, it's just a cardigan-clad bore spouting a torrent of complete arse.
Look him up on YouTube and see for yourself. The man's not only boring, he's barking mad.
