This is a great recipe book. Sophie presents great ideas for making the dollar go further, and getting to think about what you are buying and cooking. Easy to cook meals, really tasty...as she says "stunning food from small change"!

I started cooking from Sophie Gray's "Stunning Food From Small Change" as soon as I got it, and it was delicious (and looks impressive too). The croquettes are my favourite. What a unique vegetarian dish.
Gray shows that cheap eating can be healthy and fancy, but not too difficult.
This is a superb cookbook. It was recommended on Simple Savings, and is possibly the best cookbook I have ever purchased. It is now sitting proudly in my kitchen. An excellent gift for yourself or a friend.
