omg ths is literally such a good series, i think that every girl should read them in her lifetime, because they are filled with so many good characters, and boarding shcool is just such fun to read about, they always seem to be having midnight feats and stuff, it would be such a blast! carlottas wild ways come under scrutiny in this book, she thinks she can do whatever she likes because she used to live in a circus.

I'm an adult now but I still like going back to my Enid Blyton collection. In the summer term there's a few new characters...The girls get up to the usual tricks, playing up in class, joining sports teams, midnight feasts. It's formulaic but it doesn't make it less fun to read. I'm thinking about collecting the entire new edition as my old paperbacks are falling apart!
