This book is AWESOME! I got it when my 2nd was in the womb and wished I'd it for my first. It covers everything, most importantly getting your baby the best start in life food-wise! I even find that I am still using it for my children who are now 5 and 3 for making things like Play-Doh and bubble mixture as well as other things. This book is worth every cent!

Awesome book for learning about what to feed. Ruth is a bit fantical about bacteria and disease. I like the concept of the "super porridge" Overall a good book for people about to start feeding their babies.
