Great content in terms of describing how to use different flours, sweeteners, oils etc. The recipes are interesting but may be difficult to copy as some ingredients may not be available in Australia. However, in terms of a reference book very useful.

My book seems quite sturdy.

I've been reading Heidi's blog for quite some time now and enjoy her writing (and recipes!). This book has lots of great information about some more unusual ingredients. The recipes sound great and I'm looking forward to trying many of them. The big letdown with my purchase was the book itself - the cover unstuck and fell off completely before I'd even finished looking through it the first time. So I'd have to say that I love the contents but am disappointed with the quality of the publishing.
