Really great book as it opens your eyes about the importance and effects of sugar. I have now successfully stopped eating sugar for a week and I went through major withdrawals. It's not like I ate much sugar to begin with but it just showed how bad it actually is for you. A great eye-opening book which explores the terrible effects excessive sugar consumption can have.
Great book, if you have the will power to give up sugar. It is not really a diet plan, but more like a healthy living plan. You will have to be dedicated and willing to have the right attitude to stick to the plan to improve your health.
