I love the series, and was excited to read another addition to The Midnight Breeds. I thought Brock and Jenna had great chemistry, and I really enjoy them as a couple. I'd rate this book 4 out of 5 because there were many things left open at the end of the book. I understand we're setting up for the next one, and I don't mind some things left open, but I felt like this needed another 3 chapters to finally answer some questions. But I still loved it and recommend it to anyone. Can't wait for Hunter's story, no idea how that is going to go.

This is the 8th book in the series and I read it in a day and wanting more as the story left you with some issues resolved but then left you libmbo about he others. If you are a reader of this series, you will have loved it and as I said itching for more. Jenna, is evolving into something and with her police training I reckon she is just awesome. As for Brock he is all tense, sensitive and caring for Jenna. The rest of the breedmates are actually becoming a force to be reckoned with and I am glad Lara Adrian has given them purpose in the series besides the obvious. I mean no use them having abilities if they are not to be included in the Order's business. I have tries to not give too much away only that I read the book, gave me some closure but left me wanting the next book asap. Great read....
