About the Author

Anthony Swainson learned to fish in the canals and reservoirs of Northern England before emigrating to New Zealand where he's spent more than 40 years fishing the rivers, streams and lakes around the country, with numerous trips further afield. His writing has appeared for many years in many magazines including Rod & Rifle, FlyLife, NZ Outdoors, New Zealand Trout Fishing and NZ Fishing World.
