This is such a loving way to live, not just for you and your man, but life. There is such a gentle softness opening from the heart, creating awareness of breath. If all teenagers were offered this book to read and experience, there would be a huge shift in consciousness around sex, love, life. I have now bought six copies to give to friends. A great opportunity to enjoy each other and stay in the present moment. I recommend this book to everyone to enjoy, female and male.

a waste of time as tantic basis is so spiritual in guidance that it seems a different level or being or awareness is required. if you want to reach orgasm or find excitement then this isnt the book for you. the writing is flat and monotoned with bland style and it seems that the authors ideas are so set she wants to force them onto others, making it set in view and ways. a wasted read.

Abit too slow paced for me. I prefer books written with more wit and humour and this just did not provide me with that. Sure i appreciate an indepth researched book and someone that knows what theyre talking about and yes this shines thru but the authors style of writing just wasnt for me as her topics of conversation and main points were way off track in my mind that i actually got abit bored. Although it may be suitable for others who prefer the soft touch, kindly written, style of book. I also didnt care much for the subject base, it wasnt what i thought it would be but i suppose theres a difference between 'steamy hot sex tips' to 'tantric sex' - way too mild and spiritual for me.
