About the Author

Stuart Emmett is a freelance trainer, consultant, writer and mentor. After spending many years in business, including a number of senior postings both in the UK and overseas, he transferred to the training sector in the 1990s, when he was employed as Director of Training for a leading UK-based training provider. He set up his own training consultancy, Learn and Change Ltd, in 1998.
