Ok I don't have kids but I had to at least give this a serious look through. I have to say, it's a recommended book for any fan of the zombie "culture". While the story is cute (and carries a great message!!), the illustrations are what bring it to life. It is well drawn out and vibrant. Oh, and the cameos? Very well played!
This is one of those books where it's best to say "know your kid" before buying it for them. Otherwise I'd say it's worth leaving on the coffee table for your friends to enjoy when they come over.
