Novella length stories completely in Dallas' usual style.Very good to find these together in one edition.They cover different times in her career,and are efficient police work without much social commentary.

This book brings togather my three favourites from other anthologies. 'Interlude in Death' is located offworld on Olympus Resort, where Eve Dallas is supposed to present at a police seminar. She'd much rather track down a killer set on framing Roarke... In 'Midnight in Death', Dallas and Roarke celebrate their first Christmas - with a serial killer out for revenge on Dallas. 'Haunted in Death' is my favourite. A little mysterious and otherworldly activty there to give our formidable lientenant a challenge.
