A fantastic book that gives great insights into what is required to make a living as a trader. It is aimed at people who have already developed a trading system, but is just as valuable for people new to trading to give them an idea of what they need to be focussed on as they develop their trading systems. A must for anyone serious about becoming a great trader.
I have been hearing about this book for years, and finally decided to read it. I was hoping for step by step instructions, that would change the way I traded. Didn't happen. What did happen though is that my 'mindset' changed. I would certainly recomend that every one read it if involved with any type of trading
There is a bit of fluff in this but also some great home truths and substance which make it worth persisting with. A very clear insight into the realities of the trading mind set and some golden info that will be referred back to time and time again. I will be using parts as a reference and on going tool to aid my trading.
This is a brilliant book which helps focus the mind into what is necessary to become a successful trader, and goes on to explain how most people fail at trading due to their own self-sabotaging thoughts and beliefs. It's full of advice on how to redirect your thoughts and beliefs as well as a trading exercise to make sure you're now on the right track to success. It is a highly recommended read which I only wish was available when I first started trading.
A must read for all traders. I found it really helpful. It put my trading into perspective and aided in my ability to think in probabilities. While it challenged my beliefs about trading and what I thought I knew, it gave me the necessary skills to constantly monitor my thought process and helped to keep my mind-set "in the zone" while trading.
