Really useful if you are interested in writing for comics. Goes into the mechanics of how comic books are formed; how dialogue works vs despription vs visual image. You can refer back to it if you can't decide how to portray a certain moment in your story, for greatest impact.
If you are just starting out, I think it will help save you from a lot of mistakes new writers make about comics, which make them boring, and visually dull.
pretty fun read, i actually really enjoyed this book. quite interesting aswel, lots of cool tid-bits about the invisible art that is comic illustrations. very enjoyable, i would recommend it to those who love a good comic, like marvel etc. overall a fun way to spend extra time on your hands, definitely worth a look at.
Not being a writer, artist, editor, or whatever, I just read them, I didn't care about the technical details, so this was quite informative, and amusing, with the style. If you are not a would be comic creator, or artist of some sort, this may be too technical, dry and textbook like, bu tit is clever to have a comic be a textbook about comics.
