About the Author

Angel Adoree was the outstanding character of this year's Dragon's Den. High on personality and with an unmistakable, unique image she became the face of the series. More importantly, she has grown up with determination, taught herself strong business acumen and is not going to shy away now that the series is over. The Vintage Patisserie is due to open in 2012 in East London.
