About the Author
Philip Holden is a Senior Lecturing in Marketing at the University of Greenwich. He is also the Programme Leader for the full-time MA in Strategic Marketing Communications. Matthew Housden is a marketing consultant, author, academic and trainer. He has worked in marketing for 25 years, in a range of senior positions. He has worked with companies such as Miller Freeman, IBM, Barclays, Barclaycard, and the London Business School. He is a director of Face Value Consulting and Professionals in Events. He is also principal lecturer in the marketing group at the University of Greenwich.
