This book is very good inregards to learning techiques and tips. It teaches the reader who to studty, with the main message (or so I believe) "do what you think is best"/use study techiques which you think work" in regards to study, but most importantly, "YOU ARE YOUR OWN TEACHER". I am a languages major, and while the author does not state how to study for such courses, the information in the book helps to outline stratgeries which, yes, ultimately help. It's a massive learning curve, but yes, it will help :D.
