As you progress, an estimate of burned calories will appear and if you fancy keeping your pets trim too, there's even an option to weigh a cat or dog. Time will fly by as you exercise alone, or train with your family and friends.

This game looks like an improvement on the original wii fit as you can now build fitness regimes that you can go through without stopping rather than having to go to the menu screen between different exercises. Also looks to have some fun new activities.
This game is great, perfect for everyone and even the husband gets in and has a go. Some of the activities are easy enough for my 4 year to have a go at. A great alternative for the busy Mum who just can't fit the gym in.
