This book was quite daunting at first, largely due to the huge size! Once you take the time to sit down and write out a workout plan you realise it's really quite simple to follow. I added post-it tabs in the chapter sections to make them easier to find.
The workouts are great. They are really easy to follow with the pictures and directions, and allow for all ranges of fitness and strength. They allow for you to complete an entire workout using only your body strength, then as you progress you can add in weights. It's a great way to ease into a consistent exercise routine.
Highly recommended for anyone who needs that little nudge to get going :)
Very comprehensive overview of hundreds of exercises that can be done using gym equipment, home equipment (stability balls, dumbbells, etc.), and/or no equipment. The photos detailing each exercise are in full color and the accompanying explanations are detailed, specific, and easy to follow. It is a good book on exercises which can be done at home.

All exercises are in deatil nearly all of the in colour. It also goes on to explain healthy eating, exercise, diet plan etc.
Definatly one of the best exercise books i have brought as it has many exercise plans and and i have learnt more from this book then most of the other books i have previously read on diet and exercise.
All in one book so i dont have to buy a few different magazines every month now looking for a different way or challange to do another workout, this book has it all.
