"you are what you eat", also a cliche, was a very good cookbook. i thought that the recipes inside were very good, especially the meat-y ones in particular, and i am certain that anyone who looked through this book would have to agree with me. i definitely was surprised with how yummy all the recipes looked, because when you think DIET, you think disgusting veges and other gross unmentionables! but this is certainly not the case with this book!
this book is great - it has changed my life, i have lost weight & feel 100% better than i was when eating high processed, fat, salt & sugary foods. Gillian is a legend!!!!
