Ninja Turtle wannabes have an advantage over their parents; the children want to learn martial arts now ! How are parents to decide if their children are old enough, what styles are protective of young bodies, and what one should look for in classes or instructors? Mitchell, a British martial arts expert, gives some helpful information in this well-illustrated book. However, much of the text, which includes suggested exercises and games to aid in the learning process, is intended for instructors who are already teaching children.
