Chris the author of this book writes as a young seventy old. He believes that exercise should be our first priority as we age. Before making money (ie earning a living), and pleasing family. Not unrealistic exercise but consistently an hour a day. I was convinced of the importance of exercise before I read the book, but realised I needed to increase it's intensity to really reverse the clock of ageing after I read page after page of stories. An easy read, written with humour and wisdom. I recommend it to any women who would like to live to they are 80 as fit and healthy and Sexy as they were at 40.
