There’s some good information in this book but in my opinion the principles behind these techniques are so similar to the principles behind other energetic medicines as to be the same. Once one understands the way that energy interacts the “name” or trademark is no longer relevant. Buy this if you are inexperienced at healing but if you are you will likely find that you know it all already. Still having said this it is a good book for beginners and for that purpose I’d give it 4 stars.
