A perfect introduction to the Myer-Briggs personality types. Descriptions are lucid and subtitled into categories for easy reference. Contains a informative "development" table on each of the 16 personality types, outlining the prevalent aspects of each personality throughout life. Each of the 16 personalities has a double-page description, and can be quickly compared and contrasted to the other personality types. However, I personally noticed it to be vague and tending to over-generalise in some areas, and therefore should not be taken as a complete authority of MBTI. An interesting read nevertheless.
