Following the success of the previous games in the series - and building from the Dinosaur-specific edition on the DS - this battle-adventure game immerses the player into an exciting 3D Jurassic world. Just as in its spiritual predecessor, Dinosaurs 3D lets players customise their very own prehistoric beast before unleashing them into the world of predators.
18 breeds are available - ranging from T-Rex, Stegosaurus and Velociraptor among others - along with 30 colour options and six different stripe patterns. As you play the game and use unlock codes, you can add an additional 28 creatures to your roster, making for a truly deep dino-battling experience.
As well as fighting rivals using the intense attack/counterattack system, you can unlock all kinds of bonuses simply by exploring the world and interacting with other creatures. Collect bones and other items to learn cool new facts, and experience life in the prehistoric era against three different natural disasters. Trade items you find with your friends and engage in multiplayer battles, to see who really is the best Dinosaur raiser!

This is a very good game for nitendos ds and dsi and Wii. I love the concept for Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs. It's brilliant. I wish the game lived up to that though. More varied gameplay, a longer career that got challenging, and multiplayer are all sorely missing. There are three save file slots though, so if you can find two friends to split the cost, this game is humorous enough to play for an hour. I hope we see another Combat of Giants game because I'm confident the developers can deliver the game I like on the 3DS.
