Best stuff ever. Before using this, I used to the pink colored creme wax and had issues with that. It just didn't pull out all the hairs. However, with this wax everything is pulled. I bought the warmer, collars and muslin strips. I buy popsicle sticks from an art supply store because its so much cheaper that way. I warm the wax and make sure its completely heated (over 30 mins to do so), and wax away. I have minimal pain, and just use baby oil to wipe any areas that still have wax on them. Then I hop in the shower and when I get out, there is no wax left on my skin. This stuff can be messy if you don't know what your doing. I recommend going to a salon and get professionally waxed first to see what type of procedure or routine they use, and if you feel comfortable with that, then go home and follow that routine yourself. That's what I did and for me, waxing is a breeze! Goodbye razor
