The best thing since sliced bread, its wonderful!!
My mother gave me a couple of these, and they are much better than those little wheat bags. They don't smell like oats, for one thing. They also don't require any source of heat to get them going. The heat lasts a lot longer and they're so much easier to use. The only downsides that they're a bit annoying to get ready for reuse. If they're even slightly under boiled they will re-activate immediately because of the chemical reaction they have.
They are also safer than hot water bottles for use a night.
