this is a great bread knife it makes nice clean cuts and the handle is quite comfortable to hold unlike many other knives and its Jamie Oliver supported which means it must be good as Jamie Oliver or also known as the naked chef, hes not actually naked when he cooks though anyway he never supports cooking tools unless he truly likes them
