The printhead cartridge packaging did not have any HP holograms so in all probability the unit supplied is counterfeit. Seems to work well enough though.
The service delivery in getting the cartridge was shite. The initial delivery indication on the website was for delivery in 2-3 days. Once the order wasreceived Fishpond and delivery was changed to delivery in 4 weeks. At the end of the four week period I was then told that the item was out of stock. It took another two weeks to actually get the cartridge .
The one star is for finally supplying in the end, the loss of the other 4 stars are for the false advertising of delivery date on the website and for the non genuine product.
