This is the background story to the breaking scandal that became known as 'Watergate' during the Nixon administraion. A very young Redford and Hoffman give great performances as the Washington Post journalists who unveil the truth which ultimately leads to Nixon's demise. A good film and the supporting roles are very good also, although th ending of the film was somewhat flat.
