This is a brilliant Aussie film and a must see. All the actors played their part wonderfully and were extremely realistic in the portrayal of their characters. Thoroughly recommend it for a good night's entertainment.
One of the better Australian movies I've seen for awhile, very dark, with some of the actors really going outside their comfort zones.Ben Mendelsohn is an absolute stand out and a couple shots of him make him look on a par with Hannibal Lecter.
Brilliant
Very compelling film. So many Aussie crime films/shows nowadays and this one is a very good contribution to the genre. Really nicely shot and directed. The mood in the whole film is very intense and atmospheric. Some real shocks and surprises in the plot and some scenes are quite shocking to watch, you find yourself compelling the characters to not do what you think they are about to or just make a different decision and stop what they are doing. The performances are all perfect and if it wasn't for a couple of plot holes and timing issues the film would go close too.
