Funny-men Rob Schneider, David Spade and Jon Heder (from Napoleon Dynamite) star as three older guys with little sporting ability, who get a second chance to fulfil their childhood sporting dreams when they take on a squad of Little League baseball bullies. Striking a blow for the athletically-challenged, Gus, Clark and Ritchie soon become unlikely heroes to the bullied, clumsy and awkward everywhere!
From producer Adam Sandler and co-starring Jon Lovitz, The Benchwarmers is an outrageous slapstick comedy that will bring fans of films like Dodgeball to their feet

This was a truly awful film. It was about 3 guys who are terrible baseball players and decide to make a team. The acting is terrible and the storyline is lame. It isn't funny at all and has stupid jokes like fart humour. Come on guys, grow up! It wasn't even good fart humour! I was just cringing at how awful it was. Not recommended at all. But if you have to buy it then buy it from fishpond of course!
Yet another film that makes you wish 1) there was a negative rating system so I could avoid actually giving this film one star, and 2) people would stop paying Rob Schneider to be in their films. This is an appalling film that should be avoided at all costs, unless you like highly unfunny films full of fart jokes. To quote eminent film critic Roger Ebert's review of another Schneider movie, "Your movie sucks".
