Brian is the average guy who happened to come accross an accient parasite that looks like a blue worm,Aylmer that has been held captive by two elderly people in his building. Brian then plays host to the parasite in exchange for the blue drug it injects into his brain. the blue dug ultimately causes brain damage and blackouts which Aylmer uses to feed on human brains. Brain Damage would have been a great deal better if it hadn't drawin out the scenes. Aylmer (the blue worm) is really quite funny with his singing, wiggling around and all in the voice of an old gentlemen.
