A first-of-its kind combination of figure skating, drama, music and dance and the most lavish ice-skating production ever, Carmen On Ice was shot with a $3.5 million budget on location in Seville, Spain on a portable synthetic ring contoured and coloured to blend in with the city's streets. The performance was screened recently on the Ovation Channel, receiving a rapturous responce from the viewers.
